What is an Apostille?
An Apostille is a certificate that authenticates the origin of a public document. The conditions that must be met in order for a document to qualify for an apostille is the following:

Originate from a Hague Convention Member Country

Document must be classified as a Public Document
2.
Intended Use in a different Hague Convention Member Country
4.
Properly Issued by the issuing authority.
